Satu lagi ponsel berbasis andorid dengan harga yang cukup terjangkau, yakni HTC Explorer yang berjalan pada sistem operasi Android v2.3 Gingerbread dan di otaki oleh prosesor Scorpion 600 MHz, GPU Adreno 200 dan chipset Qualcomm MSM7227 untuk menompang kinerja ponsel.
Tampil dengan layar sentuh berukuran seluas 3.2 inci dengan resolusi 320x480 piksel. Smartphone berdimensi 102.8 x 57.2 x 12.9 mm ini juga bakal dibenami kamera berkekuatan 3.15 megapiksel dengan fitur autofocus.
Meskipun hanya dibekali memori internal berkapasitas 90 MB, pengguna tak usah khawatir untuk urusan penyimpanan, karena HTC Explorer juga bakal ditambah slot microSD hingga 32 GB.
Sisi konektivitas, atribut yang menyertai HTC Explorer terbilang cukup lumayar, tengok saja mulai dari HSUPA, HSDPA, WiFi, dan Bluetooth yang dicangkokkan di dalam tubuh ponsel.
Sebagai penyuplai daya, HTC Explorer akan ditenagai oleh baterai dengan kekuatan 1230 mAh yang mampu bertahan hinga 485 jam (2G) dan 445 jam (3G) dalam keadaan standby.
